Why did you receive an email from us?
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
How we protect your privacy
We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
How can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
Lost/Damaged Items by the shipping provider-
Every once in a while the Post Office will lose or damage a package. Please give you package ample shipping time. If it has been 30 days since you received the email that your order has shipped or you receive you order damaged please contact me right away. We are not affiliated with the United States Postal Service and cannot guarantee the delivery times stated by the USPS, however they are fairly accurate. Once your order has left our possesion, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service and we are not responsible for it's handling, delivery, or route taken for delivery. Delivery times are affected by inclement weather and Sunday/Holiday closures.
If your order has been marked as "Delivered" by the United States Postal Service and you beleive that you have not recieved it, we are not responsible for replacing the order. Please do the following.
1. Check with family members and neighbors who might have picked it up.
2. Check you local Post Office. They sometimes scan packages as delivered, accidentally or otherwise, and hold them for customer pick-up.
3. If your package has still not been found, you will have to file a complaint with the Postal Service at your local Post Office, online at usps.com or by calling 1-800-ask-usps.
International Customers: All orders are shipped via First Class International Mail, weight permitting, unless requested otherwise by the customer. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the delivery of First Class International Mail, 6 to 10 days for Priority International Mail. These times are dependent on how long your order is held by your local Customs Officials.
Domestic (U.S.) Customers: Due to our inexpensive shipping policies we reserve the right to ship your order in the least expensive manner possible, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please note that if your order appears to have been lost or has not been delivered, we will not replace it until at least 30 days have passed since the ship date.
If you receive a defective item I need to be contacted immedietly. Item will then need to be returned to me so that I can send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive a replacement as soon as possible. (Refunds will not be given for defective items only replacements).
Returns are accepted if I am notified within 15 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All items need to be returned in there original packaging. All That Scraps is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

When an item is out of stock you will see the word waitlist under the price of the item. If you wish to be added to the waitlist click this link and fill out the information. When the item is back in stock I will send you an email stating the item is back in stock.

All Major Credit Cards Accepted.
Money Orders and Personal Checks accepted, orders won't ship until payment is received and cleared. Payment is due within a week of placing you order unless you contact me to let me know it will be delayed. Non receipt and or contact after seven days and the order will be cancelled and items put back in stock.
International Orders wanting to pay with a credit card, you will need to use Paypal to pay. My credit card processor is not set up to receive International Credit Cards. You do not need a Paypal account.
You select Paypal during checkout, it takes you to Paypal’s website, scroll down and it says "don’t have a Paypal Account?" and click the continue button, fill in your name, credit card info, and address and click continue. In the next screen you review that it is correct and click pay. It will ask you at the end if you want to create a Paypal account, but once you hit Pay the payment is sent.
